Scope
TOKEN2049 set out to establish itself as the world’s premier crypto and Web3 event, uniting global leaders, innovators, and communities in Singapore and Dubai. The challenge was to craft a cohesive identity and experience that reflected the scale of the industry, while ensuring both digital and physical touchpoints delivered consistency, clarity, and impact.
Outcome
The result was a globally recognized event brand and experience. From a strong, versatile visual identity to digital platforms and immersive sponsor activations, TOKEN2049 has grown into the leading Web3 gathering, attracting thousands of attendees and major industry players. The design work contributed to raising the profile of the event, helping it scale year after year while maintaining a distinctive, recognizable presence in the crypto ecosystem.
My role
As Design Lead, I was responsible for setting and executing the creative direction across brand, digital, and event experiences. This included shaping the brand system, overseeing UI/UX for websites and apps, and designing large-scale event environments — from stage branding and wayfinding to booth activations for key sponsors. I worked closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs.
