CCCC - Crypto Content Creator Campus (Lisbon)
Role:
Senior Designer - On-Site Brand & Motion Support
Focus:
Brand consistency, motion coordination, stage & digital content
Format:
Large-scale international live event
Context
CCCC (Crypto Content Creator Campus) is an international event bringing together content creators, Web3 platforms, and industry leaders.
For the Lisbon edition, the challenge was not to reinvent the brand, but to execute it consistently and clearly across a complex live environment: stages, digital signage, and social touchpoints; under tight timelines and constant change.

Wide view of the iconic Pavilhão Carlos Lopes in Lisbon, transformed for the CCCC event.
The challenge
Live events are chaotic by nature:
- Multiple screens, formats, and resolutions.
- Different teams producing content in parallel.
- Last-minute speaker and sponsor changes.
- High risk of brand dilution on-site.
The core challenge was: How do I ensure CCCC’s brand remains consistent, recognizable, and high-quality across all on-site and digital outputs?

Integrating brand touchpoints: The entry hall signature wall, designed for attendee engagement.
My role and responsibilities
I worked in a supporting but senior capacity, focused on execution quality and coordination. My responsibilities included:
- Acting as a brand guardian on-site, ensuring all outputs followed CCCC brand guidelines.
- Producing selected motion and static content for: Main stage, Digital signage and Social channels.
- Managing and coordinating motion design work alongside another designer.
- Reviewing, aligning, and adjusting content in real time as event needs evolved.
- Acting as a bridge between brand, production, and motion execution.
This was a hands-on role, but also required judgment, prioritization, and fast decision-making.

Outcome
- A cohesive and consistent brand presence across all on-site touchpoints.
- Smooth coordination between motion outputs despite parallel production.
- Reduced friction between brand intent and live execution.
- Positive feedback from internal teams regarding clarity and reliability of on-site content.
The event delivered a polished experience without visual fragmentation - a critical success factor for high-visibility, sponsor-driven events.

Reflection
This project reinforced that senior design impact isn’t always about leading the concept - it’s often about:
- Protecting the brand under pressure.
- Making smart trade-offs in real time.
- Enabling other designers to deliver consistently.
- Ensuring quality doesn’t collapse when timelines do.
